Feylo has no passwords. You enter your email address and we send a six-digit code.
- The code is valid for ten minutes.
- It can be used once, and it is destroyed as soon as it is used.
- Asking for a new code cancels the previous one, so always use the most recent email.
- Five wrong attempts destroys the code. Ask for a new one.
If it does not arrive
- Check the spam or junk folder.
- Make sure you are checking the address you typed.
- Wait a minute before asking for another. Requests are rate limited to stop the codes being abused, and asking repeatedly will slow you down rather than speed you up.
If it still does not arrive, email [email protected] from the address you are trying to use.
