A bonus, some overtime, a one-off piece of work: money outside your usual month. In the app, open your plan and choose Extra money came in.
Tell Feylo how much arrived and who received it, and it shows you what the two of you already agreed should happen to it: how much the person who earned it keeps, how much goes to the household, and where the household’s share would go in your priority order.
Two things worth knowing:
- Nothing is moved. Feylo tells you how you agreed to organise it. Actually moving money is still yours to do.
- Nothing is recorded as income. This does not change your monthly plan, because a one-off is not a monthly figure.
The point of agreeing this in advance is not having to negotiate it in the moment.
