What Feylo is, and what it is not

A short description of what the product actually does, so you know whether it is the right thing for you.

Feylo helps two people agree how their household money should work, and then turns that agreement into a monthly plan using their real figures.

What it does

  • Records what each of you earns and what the household pays out.
  • Asks each of you, separately, how you think money should work.
  • Shows you where your views line up and where it is worth talking.
  • Takes you through a set of decisions that you both have to accept.
  • Works out a monthly plan: household contributions, commitments, personal money, and where anything left over goes.

What it does not do

  • It does not connect to your bank, see your transactions, or move any money.
  • It does not track what you spend or categorise your purchases.
  • It does not tell you which arrangement is fair, or score either of you.
  • It does not give financial advice. Feylo is not regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.

If you want something that tells you where last month’s money went, Feylo is not it. If you want to decide where next month’s should go, and to agree that with someone else, it is.
